By accessing or using the FilmWings app or services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please refrain from using the platform.

FilmWings operates solely as a facilitator between Talents and Clients. We do not mediate engagements, supervise performance, or assume responsibility for agreements reached.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use FilmWings. Accurate contact, identity, and verification information (such as GST and PAN) must be submitted. Misrepresentation may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
All users are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct on the platform. Any form of offensive content, impersonation, harassment, fraudulent activity, discrimination, or violation of applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
FilmWings offers a one-time, non-refundable subscription for users, currently priced at ₹809, along with an optional 90-day visibility boost for ₹100. Clients may pay a one-time approach fee to contact talent. Additional services, such as event creation, will be priced separately. All payments are securely processed through encrypted third-party gateways, and FilmWings does not store or access user banking credentials after the transaction.
FilmWings is not a party to any agreement formed between Talents and Clients. All engagements are independent, and FilmWings disclaims all responsibility for performance, payment, disputes, or legal consequences arising from such engagements.
All content, logos, branding, and platform design are the intellectual property of FilmWings. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant FilmWings a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for promotional, operational, and display purposes on the platform.
FilmWings reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion in cases of misuse, policy violations, fraudulent activity, or technical concerns, with or without prior notice. Users can also request voluntary account deletion by contacting our support team.
FilmWings shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Use of the platform is at the user’s sole risk.
You agree that if your actions on the FilmWings platform cause a legal issue, complaint, or financial loss for FilmWings, you will take responsibility for it. This means you will help defend FilmWings and cover any related costs, including legal fees.
For example, suppose you upload copyrighted content without permission or share false information, and someone sues FilmWings as a result. In that case, you agree to handle that situation and pay any legal or settlement fees that may result.
The laws of India shall govern any disputes arising from the use of the platform and will be subject to arbitration or resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. Users agree to attempt internal resolution before pursuing legal action.
FilmWings may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified via email or in-app messages. Continued use of the platform following modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
This agreement incorporates by reference the FilmWings Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other guidelines, rules, or policies posted on the platform.
Users may leave reviews, testimonials, or ratings based on their experience. FilmWings reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that violates community standards, contains defamation, or is irrelevant. Users are expected to provide honest, respectful, and factual feedback.
FilmWings strives to provide a reliable platform for connecting talent and clients, but does not guarantee job placement, project success, revenue, or business outcomes. Users should assess opportunities independently.
If required for platform operations or analytics, certain user data may be processed or stored on servers located outside India. By using the platform, you consent to such cross-border data transfers in compliance with applicable laws.
Occasionally, FilmWings may release beta or experimental features. These tools are offered without guarantees and may be altered, improved, or removed at any time. Use of beta features is voluntary and at the user's discretion.
FilmWings will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, strikes, natural disasters, war, or pandemics.
If any provision in these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
